Good looking and extremely convenient hotel, did not want to leave.

Everything was perfectly fine, met the needs, and the staff were very friendly people especially the day time receptionist. The room was tastefully decorated and a nice size, the bad was nice. Location - it was particularly good, the train station was next door to the hotel. We truly enjoyed the beer bar.

I had a great value for my money at Grand Inn in Bangkok. The room was spacious, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was perfect for nightlife and there were plenty of food options nearby. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always had a smile on their faces.

The breakfast could have been better with more variety and choices.

The view was lovely from our balcony. Walking distance to sukhumvit. The airport was 16 miles away...

Our room was neat and modern with comfy bed, good prices. It was in a very central setting in the heart of Downtown. We tried some restaurants, including Tsu Japanese Restaurant which boasted an appetising cuisine.

Nice looking and modern hotel with amiable employees especially the day time receptionist Marvellous and awesome position to Nana entertainment area. So close to the centre of night entertainment, entertainment district n BTS and Nana skytrain.

One standout feature of this hotel is its excellent location. Situated in the heart of the city, it's close to the vibrant entertainment district and conveniently near the BTS for easy transportation. Additionally, the friendly staff and basic amenities, including clean rooms with a comfy bed, make for a pleasant stay.

The don't have enough staff, I asked them to bring me something and they said come to take it we don't have some body to bring!!!!

We booked 3 rooms in this hotel and The only advantages are friendly staff, location, and free wifi. It is In the middle of sukhumvit road and 10 min walk to nana train station.

The hotel doesn't deserve 3 star. Poor room condition, room walls are made of wood, noisy, small rooms, small poor toilet, our ac was leaking water to our bed without any solution from hotel, no swming pool, small restaurant. Rooms view is owful !! Some rooms' windows were covered by metal cladding so it's not possible to see even the street.

I've stayed at Grand Inn multiple times and it's always my go-to when visiting. The rooms are clean and offer great value for the price. The staff is welcoming and the room bar is affordable. I appreciate the complimentary water in the fridge and sometimes even get upgraded to a larger room. The soft red glow in the room at night adds a cozy ambiance.

Would recommend this hotel.

Location was excellent. 5-6 minutes walk to Bumrungrad Hospital and KFC, Subway and Nana BTS Skytrain. 1 minute to 7-Eleven, Burger King, Mc Donalds, Starbucks.
